METAL GUARD® CLP is a product that functions in all types of mechanical systems lubricated with oils as well as greases. It owes its unparalleled properties to its technology based on the Advanced Oil Film formula. It is used in internal combustion engines, transmissions, industrial machines, turbines, pumps, compressors, industrial automation systems, etc.

The effectiveness of METAL GUARD is due to the processes that take place as soon as our product is added to a system flooded with a dedicated lubricant.


METAL GUARD has the ability to ionise the lubricated surfaces. Then, through a process of polarisation, it coats the structure of the metal, forming a very thin and at the same time extremely durable protective layer that also protects the lubricated surfaces against corrosion. We were able to achieve this by developing a unique formula and refining every step of the manufacturing process, resulting in long-lasting, ultra-long-chain hydrocarbons that do exactly the job we set out to do.

The processes described above result in the following:


- METAL GUARD “smooths out” any micro irregularities in the metal, thereby reducing the resistance to movement and, therefore, reducing the energy consumption (fuel, electricity, etc.) needed to do the work of the system, as well as reducing the amount of heat generated.


- METAL GUARD forms an ultra-thin, anti-corrosive and extremely durable protective film, protecting friction surfaces from wear and significantly increasing the service life of these components. 


- The thickness of the oil film layer produced by METAL GUARD does not exceed that of a standard oil film, which, combined with the product's properties, further reduces friction resistance and improves heat dissipation from the system.


- METAL GUARD protects all metal surfaces from deposit formation, allowing the oil to maintain proper oil flow as designed. This feature is extremely important in lubrication systems with coolers, such as certain gearboxes, power steering systems, high performance internal combustion engines, etc.

The product has been tested by the Oil and Gas Institute, as well as tested in operating conditions, in long-term tests - on more than a hundred trucks. It has also been tested by independent testers, tuners and garages, each time achieving better-than-expected results, unattainable by products offered by competitors. METAL GUARD is used in civil and sports cars, as well as in trucking, railways, manufacturing and heavy industry - wherever there are mechanical systems lubricated with oil or grease. WEAPON GUARD

 

WEAPON GUARD is specially designed for cleaning, maintenance and protection of weapons, including firearms. It cleans, lubricates, removes lead, protects against corrosion and extreme conditions. Weapon performance is significantly improved after the application of our product. Compared to other products offered by competitors, the results of weapon maintenance with WEAPON GUARD are noticeably better. WEAPON GUARD ensures faster and easier cleaning and extends the life of the weapon. The exit velocity when firing is increased, resulting in an improved bullet trajectory - longer and flatter.

 

WEAPON GUARD has been tested by the Polish Army in extreme conditions. Performance tests on weapons cleaned and maintained by WEAPON GUARD showed the effectiveness of our product at temperatures from -40 to +50 degrees Celsius (-40 to +122 degrees Fahrenheit). The tests were conducted on various types of firearms, as well as several types of cannons, mortars, howitzers and cannon howitzers, as well as artillery launchers. In all of the above-mentioned tests, the WEAPON GUARD achieved positive results.
